Our client had made several enquiries into buying a spa and after careful research, reading reviews and speaking to many companies decided to make the relatively long trip to Azure Pools, driving past several spa companies much closer to home in Northamptonshire

Purchasing a spa is a careful process which is why in any first consultation with our clients we complete a questionnaire and talk at length about the type of spa our customers need for their lifestyle.

During the consultation it was revealed that our customer had been involved in a serious accident resulting in several broken bones. She had been advised that Hydrotherapy, or Hot Tub Rehabilitation, would be a huge help for pain relief and to aid in her recovery.

With an original relatively modest budget our client decided to look at our Artesian Island Hydrotherapy Range. The spas were over the original budget but upon being shown the features and the many health benefits it far outweighed the additional cost. A site survey was booked there and then for us to visit a few days later. The client had concerns with getting the spa into the garden and was worried the decking she wanted the spa to be located on would not be strong enough.

Very quickly the route into the garden was found, with little or no problems. The decking was checked to make sure it was strong enough to take the weight, and a location was advised so that our customer could access the spa easily and safely during the Summer and Winter months for her much needed recovery.

The spa she settled on was the Artesian Island Grand Bahama, a large spa with 61 massaging Hydrotherapy jets, and crucially a full lounger with leg jets needed to help with her rehabilitation.

Having spoken to the client since the installation she expresses the joy and health benefits that the spa is bringing to them both.
