Order process
When you place an order online, the delivery charge will be automatically added and itemised at checkout.
Orders placed by 2pm will usually be shipped the next working day.
We will aim to despatch orders placed by Wednesday 18th December prior to Christmas.
Free delivery
For orders of £95 and over, we offer free delivery throughout the UK mainland.
Please note that we do not currently deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Republic of Ireland, or the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
Charges
Orders below £95 are subject to a standard delivery charge of £8.95.

Timings
Our standard delivery time is 1–3 working days.

Carriers
Our deliveries are handled by reputable third party carriers. Although this will not impact upon the excellent customer service we have achieved over many years, Azure Pools & Hot Tubs Ltd. cannot be held liable for difficulties related to any delay of delivery by the carrier.
