Hot Tub Repairs and Servicing

Fully drain the hot tub.

Clean the shell and cabinet.

Remove any build-up or residue.

Flush out jets and internal pipework.

Refill with fresh water.

Test pH, alkalinity, and sanitiser levels to ensure safe, clean water.

Adjust chemicals (using customer’s chemicals available on site) to prevent bacteria growth and maintain water clarity.

Remove, clean, and inspect filters to maintain proper water flow.

Advise of filter replacement when necessary, filters can be ordered and supplied if needed either before or after service.

Check for leaks, unusual noises, and signs of wear in pumps and heaters.

Service and advise on replacement of components to maintain performance. Replace minor components where necessary and available.

Remove scale build up where possible and clean circulation pump.

Gasket & O ring Inspection & maintenance.

Ozone/AOP Inspection & maintenance.

Clean and treat the hot tub cover to prevent mildew and UV damage.

Inspect for wear and ensure it seals properly for heat retention, or advise a replacement if necessary.

Inspect electrical components and control systems for safety and functionality.

Update or repair faulty wiring.

Replace malfunctioning topside control or mother board (Parts priced outside of gold service package).
