Barbados

The Barbados is one of a number of superb spas available from Artesian’s luxury Island Spas range, and we at Azure Pools & Hot Tubs are delighted to be able to give you the opportunity to create a personal piece of paradise in your very own garden.

One of the main features that we like about the Barbados is its double loungers and their positioning. The loungers in the Barbados are positioned so that they face each other, so not only is it hugely relaxing, it’s very sociable too! Other spas with two loungers tend to be side by side so this really is a rare find.
The Barbados is a big family sized spa that doesn’t compromise on space in order to accommodate the loungers, it’s almost 8ft square and seats 5 people, which again isn’t a common thing for a spa with two loungers.

When it comes to hydrotherapy, we can’t speak highly enough of the Barbados, and indeed the whole of Artesian’s Island range. The Barbados has jets ranging from the 5 inch AccuHelix™ jets right up to the huge foot blasters that have a pump dedicated to running just them, that’s how powerful they are! We can say with absolute confidence that we feel you really won’t find a better hydrotherapy massage. Artesian’s patented Helix Jets are expertly designed to produce spirals of water that deliver deep muscle penetration leaving you feeling relaxed all over. The powerful neck jets featured in the ‘stress relief seat’ penetrate deep into tense neck and shoulder muscles, relieving tension and washing away stress – check out our video to see for yourself.

Filtration and water quality are high on the agenda for Artesian spas, and this is highlighted with the Barbados. You’ll notice that the filter bay is nice and wide, maximising the amount of water that can be drawn into the filters – this works faster and more efficiently than a cyclonic system; filtering 30 gallons of water every minute, which means that all of the water in the spa is sanitised over 100 times a day! All of this is tucked away nicely behind a floating weir and a backlit waterfall because lets’ face it, you want to know that it’s filtering, but you don’t need to see it in action! The backlit waterfall and the Dynabrite LED system combine to give a wonderful ambience which gives the spa a fabulous elegant feel.
