Before adding, check the pH with BAYROL pool tester or test strips and, if necessary, adjust it to the ideal range of 7.0 to 7.4.
Optimal chlorine value: between 0.5 and 1 mg/L (1.5 mg/L in case of high traffic or high temperatures).Recommendations: The filtration system must run every day (for at least half the water temperature). The time it takes for the chlorine block to dissolve can vary and depends heavily on the filtration pump’s operating time and the water temperature. In hot weather or with heavy pool use, larger quantities of chlorine may be required.
Warnings: Use biocidal products with care. Before use, read the label and product information. Never mix different chemicals in concentrated form. Always add the product to the water, never the other way around. Never allow direct contact with delicate surfaces (liner, paint, etc.): risk of discoloration and damage.
- Tip: To prevent algae growth, we recommend the regular addition of Desalgine® Jet. In the event of lots of bathers, storms and high temperatures, it is required to increase or double the amount of tablets.Important Notes: Be sure to avoid direct contact with materials that are not resistant to chlorine. To reliably avoid bleach spots in foil or painted pools, add Chlorifix® via the skimmer or dissolve it with water in plastic buckets beforehand. First add water, then Chlorifix®.
