Use the solution #5 to test for the total alkalinity levels in pool or spa water. Compatible for use with Rainbow test kit.

How to use:
  1. Fill large test vial/tube to lower broken line.
  2. Add 1 drop of solution #4 (Chlorine Neutralizer) - Add 2 drops if Chlorine test level was above 1.5 ppm/Bromine was above 3.5 ppm. Mix thoroughly by swirling.
  3. Add 1 drop of solution #5.
  4. Add solution #3 (Acid Demand & Total Alkalinity) one drop at a time, swirling between drops, and counting number of drops necessary to change sample colour to clear/light yellow.
  5. Multiply drops added of solution #3 by 10. See test booklet for additional information.
